Who we are ?

    A professional centre that offers a unique spectrum of educational services to students , employees and companies. It is a leading academic and training service provider, which was established in June 2006.Since then the centre has established firm and strong internal and external relations with clients from various places in the world. QLC is licensed by the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Municipal Affairs. In February 2006 the British Council in Qatar has approved QLC to work on their behalf with all the accredited schools, universities, colleges, and centers in the UK to promote for the UK Education. Therefore, QLC has developed a number of partnerships and business relationships  with several educational sectors in the UK.

Doha is the capital of Qatar, located in the Middle East and is a part of the GCC. The country follows the Islamic religion and the spoken language is Arabic and English. The ruler is the EMIR, His Highness Shaikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani, whose dynamism has put Qatar on the world map. 
The Emir has a vision, which is to transfer his country from conservative traditional country into a cultural and educational country, which was a dream shared by his wife Shaikha Moza bint Nasser almisnad. Sh.Moza Al-Misnad said “ Education helps to develop a country. Without education we can’t achieve anything.”
Sh. Mozah Al Missned is the chairperson of the Qatar Foundation for Education, Science and Community  Development. A private non-profit organization founded in 1995. The QF is an educational city that composes of international campuses of universities. The active role of her highness has inspired lots of Qatari women to participate in the education sector to help develop people in Qatar.

One of these inspired women is Sameera Al-Sulaiti the founder and chairperson of Qatar Learning Center and Consulting. She established her own private company that offers many board educational services to the public. Since June 2006 the center has been growing very well in both the educational market of Qatar and the UK.
